Quotes are based on the specifications outlined, any additions or deletions will be reviewed and our quote will be revised accordingly. Prices may be subject to price fluctuations and availability. Advertising/artwork may only be used for the sole purpose for which it was commissioned. Reproduction without the permission of Fossick Design may result in a ‘secondary use’ fee being charged. Fossick Design will not be responsible for errors or omissions due to oversight or misinterpretation of instructions. Fossick Design reserves the right to request ‘work in progress’ milestone payments if the project extends beyond expected project length of time. Fossick Design reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% p/a for payments exceeding 60 days overdue.
